  • Do you need a prescription to order?

- No, you can buy our products without a prescription.

  • How secure is the package? 

- We respect the privacy of our customers. You can be sure that all packages will be packed precisely and discreetly. There is no information about the products and our website on the package.

  • Is my personal information safe here?

- We only use secure servers. Everything is protected and encrypted. All of our servers are outside of the United States or Europe jurisdiction.

  • How old do you have to be to take anabolic steroids?

- We offer free shipping for orders over 400 euros. We also offer a discount for larger orders (more than 1000 euros). You can combine your order with a friend, so you can get free shipping and discount.

  • I didn't get an email from your website. What's happening?

  • Can I get the tracking number for my order?

- Yes. All our packages have a tracking number.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

- No, we do not require a minimum order quantity. 

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

- We currently accept Bank Transfer, Bitcoin (Crypto), WU Transfer and PayPal (PayPal is only for new customers).

  • I paid for my order. When can I expect my package to be send?

- If you paid by bank transfer, we have to wait until your payment is on our account. In this case, the waiting time can be 1 to 3 working days. You can send us a screenshot of your payment and your order will be processed faster. With Bitcoin and PayPal payments, processing time is only a few hours. 

  • My order wasn't sent after 3-5 days. Should I be concerned?

- No, there is nothing to worry about. We are working, but sometimes things are not that smooth.

  • It's been 3 weeks and i don't have the package. What should I do?

- Your package is on its way to your destination. Use the tracking number to get information about your package or visit the post office / delivery company and ask about your package. Sometimes packages are stored at the post office / delivery company office and waiting for you to take it.

- Delays are part of the business. Unfortunately we cannot avoid these problems. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, it is not in our hands, and we cannot influence the delivery time. Be patient.

  • What if some products are destroyed?

- It can happen sometimes. We can only guarantee that good packing is our priority, but if this happens, we can resend the broken products.

  • What if the package is lost or stolen?

- We can resend the package when that happens, but only when we confirm the situation, because some customers are not loyal and lying that they don't have the package delivered.
