Payment & Delivery

- You can pay via Bank Transfer, WU Transfer, Crypto / Bitcoin and PayPal (PayPal is only for new customers).

- Once we confirm your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

- Please do not place orders if you do not think to pay within 3 days.

How to pay?

- Check the confirmation email in your email, also check the spam folder.

- Read all the details of the payment: the amount and the number of the order.

- Pay the full amount and write the order number for "transfer description".

All products are delivered with a spedition company or by Post. Tracking number is provided also.

Standard delivery:

- will be send by post.

- takes about 6-8 working days.

- costs 15 euros.

Courier Express delivery:

- will be send by a spedition company.

- takes about 4-5 working days.

- costs 30 euros.

For orders over 400 EUR - FREE SHIPPING

Processing time:

- Each order is processed in 2-3 days and then dispatched.

- Delivery is between 9am and 6pm, so please provide a delivery address where our courier can find you during this time.

- All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays are processed and send on the first working day.

Discreetly packaged goods:

- You can be sure that all packages will be packed precisely and discreetly.

- There is no information about the products and our website on the package.
