Sustanon 250 is injectable product that consists of 4 testosterone esters: 

- Propionate - 30mg

- Phenylpropionate - 60mg

- Isocaproate - 60mg 

- Decanoate - 100mg

Sustanon is designed to provide both rapid and significant long-lasting testosterone release in the body. The esters Propionate and Phenylpropionate work within the first 4 hours. Isocaproate and Decanoate remain active in the body for 2-3 weeks.

Like other Testosterone products, Sustanon 250 is a strong anabolic and has pronounced androgenic activity. In practice it is mainly used for gaining muscle mass and increasing strength. Sustanon is much more tolerable than Cypionate and Enanthate, although it is transformed into estrogen. Through Sustanon, blood testosterone levels build up more slowly, which means side effects manifest with a delay.

If the necessary preparations are not taken to minimize estrogen, there can be significant water retention. Some bodybuilders apply a combination of Tamoxifen or Proviron, while others rely on antaromatizers such as Armidex, Femera or Aromasin. The goal is always the same - to control the side effects of estrogens. 

- Side effects of Sustanon 250:

Since Sustanon is a strong androgen, skin oiliness, acne, body and facial hair and balding are possible. The familiar preparations Proscar and Propecia can reduce these side effects by limiting the conversion of Testosterone to Dihydrotestosterone. It is known that Sustanone 250 will rapidly suppress Testosterone production by the body, which is why the administration of Tamoxifen or Clomiphene Citrate is important at the end of the cycle to prevent occurring of hormonal breakdown. 

It is important to know and remember that Sustanon 250 continues to be active for almost a month after the last injection. This makes the use of Tamoxifen or Clomiphen Citrate to start 2-3 weeks later when androgen levels in the blood are already significantly reduced.

- Sample doses of Sustanon 250:

The weekly dose is from 250 mg-1000 mg. It is not desirable to exceed the dosage because of the side effects.

Sustanon combines very well with Dianabol and Anadrol. On the other hand, it can be combined with Winstrol or Trenbolone.
